Jennifer Starr
Jennifer Starr is a Master Certified Coach, intuitive guide, and creative catalyst who helps people reconnect with their purpose, reignite their wellness, and live with clarity and sovereignty. With over 30 years of experience and a soul-centered approach, she empowers individuals to create meaningful change in their lives, their communities, and the world.
Jennifer works with those who are ready to evolve—people seeking deeper purpose, meaningful contribution, and a life aligned with their highest values. Her coaching style bridges the practical and the profound, combining strategic tools with intuitive guidance to support clients in stepping into their fullest expression, both personally and professionally.
In addition to transformational coaching, Jennifer offers guidance in wellness through advanced light-based technology that supports the body’s natural healing abilities. Her clients experience renewed energy, reduced inflammation, and greater emotional clarity. Jennifer is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Certified Mentor Coach, and a Spiritual Counselor. She has served as a faculty leader and executive coach with InviteChange™, a global coach training and leadership development organization, as well as for the master’s level coach training at George Mason University. She holds numerous additional certifications in a variety of modalities, including Tilt365, SoulCollage®, Expressive Arts®, Voice Dialogue, Core Value Index™, and PSYCH-K®.
Her diverse toolkit helps clients rediscover their truth, deepen their self-trust, and lead with authenticity.
Originally from the Oregon Coast and now living in Sisters, Oregon in the Central Oregon Cascade Mountains, Jennifer finds inspiration in nature, hiking, camping, painting, and quiet moments by the river.
She brings that same creativity and calm presence into her work—inviting others to slow down, tune in, and craft lives and businesses that reflect their soul’s calling. Whether through coaching, wellness mentorship, or creative expression, Jennifer’s mission is to spark meaningful transformation—one person, one purpose, one radiant light at a time.
